Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Magnofilms website or engaging our services. By accessing this website or hiring our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Magnofilms LLC provides audiovisual production services including but not limited to real estate videography and photography, event video production, corporate video and photography, 3D photography of spaces (Matterport), and 3D architectural rendering. All services are subject to a separate service agreement or proposal accepted by both parties prior to production.

2. Intellectual Property

All visual content produced by Magnofilms LLC — including videos, photographs, 3D scans, and rendered imagery — remains the intellectual property of Magnofilms LLC until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, usage rights are transferred to the client as specified in the service agreement.

Magnofilms LLC retains the right to display all produced content in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to production.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings require a signed proposal or contract and a deposit of 50% of the total project value to confirm the date and initiate pre-production. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer, Zelle, or other agreed-upon methods. Invoices are due within 7 business days of receipt. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee on the outstanding balance.

Magnofilms LLC reserves the right to withhold delivery of final files until full payment is confirmed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled production date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours of production will forfeit the deposit.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. One complimentary reschedule is permitted per project, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee.

5. Delivery & Revisions

Standard delivery timelines are specified in each service proposal. Magnofilms LLC will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines. Delays caused by client-side factors (late approvals, missing materials, access restrictions) do not constitute a breach of contract.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond those included will be billed at an agreed hourly rate.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing timely access to the location, obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for filming, and ensuring the space is ready for production at the agreed time.

Magnofilms LLC is not liable for any delays or additional costs resulting from unprepared locations, access restrictions, or failure to secure required permits.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. Magnofilms LLC will not disclose client materials, project details, or business information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

8. Privacy & Data

By submitting your information through our website forms or booking system, you consent to Magnofilms LLC storing and using your contact information to communicate with you about your project and to send relevant marketing communications.

We use Meta Pixel for analytics and advertising. You may opt out at any time through your browser or device settings. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Magnofilms LLC's total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

Magnofilms LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
